Corporate purpose

1. The Company’s object is the operation of a financial services institution licensed under section 32 of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz – KWG). As such, the Company is entitled to provide the following financial services: a) investment brokerage, b) investment advice, c) investment administer, d) acquisition brokerage, e) financial portfolio management, f) proprietary transactions. The Company is not authorised to gain ownership or possession of clients’ funds or securities when providing financial services or to trade in financial instruments on its own account.

2. The Company may make investments in other companies, and this may include taking on personal liability and acting as managing director. The Company may open branch offices in Germany and abroad.

Licenses held

The Company is a financial services institution within the meaning of the WpIG. The BaFin ID is 10110483.

Permission has been granted for the following activities:

a) Licence to act as an acquisition agent (§2 (2) no. 5 WpIG),

b) Licence to act as an investment intermediary (§2 (2) no. 3 WpIG),

c) Licence to act as a financial portfolio manager (§2 (2) no. 9 WpIG),

d) Licence to carry out proprietary transactions (§15 (3) WpIG),

e) Licence to act as an investment adviser (§2 (2) no. 4 WpIG).
