NESTOR Investment Management S.A., the management company of the “NESTOR Fund” fund, which as a fonds commun de placement à compartiments multiples is subject to the provisions of Part I of the law of 17 December 2010 on Undertakings for Collective Investment, has decided under the existing approval of the Luxembourg supervisory authority to make the following changes to the sub-funds with effect from 12:00 a.m. CET on 1 July 2018:
Changes to the reference indices used to calculate the performance fee:
NESTOR Eastern Europe Fund
current: MSCI EM Eastern Europe
new: MSCI EM Eastern Europe 10/40 total Return Index (MN40MEU)
NESTOR Gold Fund
current: FTSE Gold Mines
new: Philadelphia Stock Exchange Gold and Silver
The new reference indices are more compatible with the investment policies of the respective sub-funds, providing investors with greater comparability.
No changes to the investment policies of the sub-funds will be made as a result of the change in indices.
If they are not in agreement with the above-mentioned change, holders of units in the sub-funds which are affected may redeem their units by 4 p.m. CET on 29 June 2018 free of charge at the management company, the depositary or at any paying agents listed in the prospectus.
The Umbrella NESTOR Fund’s current prospectus, including management regulations, key investor information and the annual and semi-annual reports are available free of charge at the registered office of the management company, at the depositary and at all paying agents.
