NESTOR Investment Management S.A., the management company of the NESTOR Fund, which as a fonds commun de placement à compartiments multiples is subject to the provisions of Part I of the law of 17 December 2010 on undertakings for collective investment, has decided with the permission of the Luxembourg regulator to make the following changes to the sub-funds with effect from 1 April 2017:
1. NESTOR Fernost Fund and NESTOR China Fund / change of fund manager
The fund manager for the sub-funds will be switched from OP Investment Management Limited, Hong Kong (up to 31 March 2017) to Hansabay Pte. Ltd. Republic Plaza, #57-09, 9 Raffles Place, Singapore 048619, (from 1 April 2017).
2. Merger of unit classes I in sub-funds NESTOR Fernost Fund and NESTOR Osteuropa Fund
Due to the low volumes in unit classes I, which mean that this unit class can no longer be managed economically in the interests of the unit holders, the unit classes are to be merged as follows:
Transferring unit class: NESTOR Fernost fund I
Receiving unit class: NESTOR Fernost fund V
Transferring unit class: NESTOR Osteuropa Fund I
Receiving unit class: NESTOR Osteuropa Fund V
